Global Issue- I Movie Project

We made a short video related to Global Issue. We hope that people will start acting to help the world after watch the video. We start with choosing an issue. The issue I chose was Poverty, I chose poverty as my issue because I think it's a very serious problem, and it’s getting worse this days. After choosing the issue, we start searching for information and pictures that can influence people.
I found out that there are 1.7 billion people who are living in poverty, every 2 children 1 of them is living in poverty, and 10.6 million kids die before they reach the age of 5. With this information we start making the video, we video ourselves introducing people to the topic, and tell the some facts so that they will understand how they suffer. We also add music into the video, I add a video without vocal, and the tune is a bit sad, I think it will be better for people to get the feeling. We show our video to other classmates, and Mr. Kenny, I really learn a lot about poverty in this project, and I understand more about other global issue after watching other people’s video. I think I didn’t really did my best in this video, and I think it’s too simple, there should be more picture, so that it can be a bit more interesting, and more people can be attracted to the video. I think next time I will find more information, so it can be more influential. This time I didn’t spend a lot of time working on it, I will work harder next time if we have this kind of project again.
